A Guide to
Circle Day 2024

Circle Day is right around the corner! To fully prepare you for the event, this guide serves as a go-to resource leading up to—and on—September 18–19. Below you’ll find information about Circle Day’s in-person and online experiences, including the events World Loop encores on September 19.

Online attendees will join Circle Day and the World Loop encores on RingCentral, a virtual conference-hosting platform. Similar to the physical event, the online event experience is self-directed and features directions to help you get around. In addition to watching sessions, you can connect and collaborate with fellow attendees.

Please contact
circleday@squarespace.com if you have any issues accessing RingCentral before September 18. If you have any questions during the event, the Squarespace team will be standing by to offer technical RingCentral support.

Online Guidelines

To ensure Circle Day remains a safe, fun, and light space for learning and collaboration, we expect the chat areas of RingCentral to be representative of our supportive Circle community. As you interact with fellow attendees, we ask that you balance productivity with joyful creativity and curiosity.

Please keep the following online guidelines in mind as you use RingCentral:

01

Please use your full name.

Treat everyone with respect and use appropriate language. Absolutely no harassment, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.

02

03

Remain professional and kind.

04

No spam. Self-promotion is allowed, but please ensure that any links you share are trustworthy sources. This includes DMing and networking with fellow attendees.

05

Don’t post inappropriate material or words.

If you see something in the chat that’s against the rules, please let staff know. Squarespace may require attendees to leave for violating any of our event rules.

06

07

Lean on your fellow community members for support and welcome diverse perspectives.

Please act in good faith. Trust that we are all working for the collective good of Circle members and their clients.

We recommend accessing RingCentral Events on your desktop before the event. RingCentral Events works best in Google Chrome. If you prefer to access the event via mobile or tablet, download the mobile app for iOS and Android from RingCentral’s downloads page
